No you cannot go into the house for some reason but the house is where you craft your items. Not sure if you can build anything either. From what I have read this is just a small sample of the game and not a full version and that a full version will include more biomes, crafting etc. this game could be cool if they add a ton of stuff and actually explain how to make stuff work in the game.
