May I suggest you require the post to be about anything other than promo codes? The forum rules state members cannot ask for codes unless they're being offered, and anyone reading the other topic without seeing this one will assume there's some serious begging going on.

so it's kind of crappy that you make people post in your game's thread, saying that they'll be "entered" - and then posting "first come first serve" promo codes in that thread... =o/ totally lost interest in your game...
Hey, sorry didn't mean to discourage. I'm just trying to give away more in a shorter period of time so I can get people's feedback, build up hype, and get back to the next update for the game ASAP. You are still entered to win and now you have 2 less people to compete against. So you could look at it on the bright side.
yes, but you should have mentioned that we'd be COMPETING WITH OTHER PEOPLE FOR HOW QUICKLY WE COULD CLICK ON AN E-MAIL SAYING THAT THERE'S A NEW POST IN YOUR THREAD, GO TO THE THREAD, GET THE CODE, AND REDEEM IT... not "Multiple postings, without spamming, will be enter you multiple times." Making us think that the more we post the more of a chance we'll have AT GETTING PICKED... you totally mis-led everyone... and if you do it in a thread, what's stopping you from mis-leading info about your game, or future games? Not a very good move on your part...
The more you post the more chances you have to get picked. The "first come first served" was something I came up with an hour afterward that has nothing to do with the competition. Sorry for the confusion. I'll edit the post above to make this more clear.
