      What I'm more interested in is when Steve Jobs personally told you about the iPhone 2, which was never released to the public.

      I understand the thread and feel the pain from owning a previous 2G/8G Touch (upgraded since). Age differences vary here so some can't afford it but Christmas is around the corner. Why not ask for one?....not a good idea? Could ask for only cash from all your relatives and then buy it.;)
