Thanks. I never knew that. But do you have to kill the driver to steal the truck, or can you just jack the truck like all of the other cars?
You can just jack it, but when I tried that he shot it twice with his shotgun before I could get out of his range, and the truck caught on fire So I recommend just killing him. Plus, you get the gun he was using for free.
what house do i have to buy to bring the ammunition truck to fit in the garage in my current house it wont fit.
Most of the bad reviews for this game in the app store stem from people not being able to read the requirements and check compatibility with their devices. Which is awesome. Anyways, I've noticed something about the music, at least in regards to my iPod. If I play it after I sync it (iPod) to my computer, GTA will do one of two things: 1)Play randomly from my iPod library 2)Not play music at all. It actually stutters a bit as soon as I get in a car as, I'm assuming, it tries to access my music. If I close the app and then open it again without syncing, it plays the GTA playlist. Trying to figure out if it's a consistent bug though, or if my GTA playlist was just bugged.
Think if the vehicles were less cartoony then I'd buy. They don't seem to fit with the rest of the graphic style. Same with the people.
They might be cartoony, but they are incredibly detailed: Cars brakelights turn on when they stop or you ram them, they signal when turning left or right, people on the street open umbrellas when it starts to rain, etc. My only complaint so far is I wish Huang stood out more, because sometimes when fighting gangs it's hard to see which character you are controlling. There should be an option of buying new clothes for him, so he could have an orange cap or something, to make it easy to spot him in a crowd. But this game is SO impressive, so much to do and very polished. I just checked the local prices here in Denmark at an online retailer, and the NDS and PSP version are about $28 and $54 respectively - so the iPhone version is 5 x times cheaper than the PSP version (which I thinks it's closest to in terms of visual quality)!!!
Just In regard to play time for those that are interested. (PSP version) 16.5 Hours to me to complete the story 30 hours to reach 100% (eg destroy all cameras, find all dealers, do all rampages ect. ) That was my first ever GTA game so most people would probably do it faster. Also the PSP version has the Melanie missions so iPhone total gameplay would be a bit less. One last thing, I don't know whether the iPhone game has the Xin missions but they are the best 2 missions in the game. One asks you to get the tank, and then keep a 3 star wanted level so Xin can rob a bank. The next one asks you to lose a 4/5 star wanted level in one car! One last cool thing about the game. Get to a six star wanted level. Just Do it. Once you get there, the police will start deploying TANKS to take you out, it's AWESOME. Anyway, just some cool stuff that happens later in the game. PS. Not to mention the secret drug dealer
This isn't really related to GTA but can you actually set it to restart or do you just turn it off and then on again?
I'm playing on an iPhone 2G and there is no lag at all. So I'm guessing it's the same for the 3G, nobody has complained about it yet.
Should i get this? I can get it on my PSP and price doesn't matter. The problem is that i don't have other consoles so i use my PSP as my console and i don't bring it out much. I use my ipod when i go somewhere. So should i get it for PSP or iPod Touch? Edit: I don't bring my PSP anywhere. That is why i can't decide.
I have both and I have to say the winner is the psp version cuz nothing beats the tactile feel of real buttons but this version comes close. I rarely bring out my psp to work so I am so stoke that I have the iphne version too
