    Yeah, you can. I remember a side-mission with it once on the DS version. I believe it was near the airport, next to the water.

    you need to go on a personal mission of killing people on the sidewalks.. you will find them :D

    Just drive around until you see a blue person on your radar. Then walk to the ped with a blue arrow over them to start the mission. They are called random encounters.

    yeah or you could take the boring way :D heh its all good. some of the side missions are funny :D

    All okay. I've seen them before, but I couldn't interact with them, so I just killed them.

    you have to push on that blue thing above them. just like in the triad gang mission.

    hahahahah.... alright my cousin from the US will let me use her account, really generous of her... will be playing GTA:CW sometime soon... woohoo... i'll keep up with this thread for now to check out guides and maybe cheats. hahaha... :D

    its real important to read all the data in the early missions basically tells you how to play the game.
