Almost all games released in Europen Countries are released in US at 11:00 the next day. I know this was released yesterday because it's already out in the UK. In UK, games are released the next day at 6:00 (I think it's 6 or 5..). So 29 more minutes till show time! Hopefully works on the first gen. I know how to figure out. All i have to do is search it on the first gen and if it shows up, I'll buy it and if not, no go. Lol

Everyone be prepared to free up some space on your device... I had to free up 1gig to install the game...
Well technically I used my thumb, which is also a finger to drive so it's real Anyways to the graphic naysayers out there based on the screen-shots... Don't believe them! The in-game graphics look miles better compared to that!
im playing it right now! it was crashing the first time but after i reboot the game worked and has nice graphics and nice gameplay! 7.99Euros!
The game looks kinda... worse than the DS or GBA. Doesn't have all the bells and whistle of the PSP with the blooming and reflection, nor does it have the cel-shaded look of the DS. But for $10, might have to bite on this for the 2nd time (I own it on DS).
If you have a PSP, I suggest that you skip the one on the iPhone, and buy the PSP version. It's got more content than the DS
I own a DS and played the game for quite awhile. That said I have no idea why rockstar used those screenshots for Appstore as the in-game graphics are heaps better than the blocky and blurry textures I've found on the DS. Not sure about the PSP version though. I would've expect them to price this game at around $15 bucks so at $10 it's a huge steal!
The game itself seems to be 188mb (it's still installing so i can't tell for sure). Though itunes didn't let me sync until i had 1gig free space.
You're right, I don't see any cell shading in the pictures. Bummer. Does this mean the DS is more technically powerful than the iPod?
That's reassuring. I carry my iPod more than my DS. Actually the only thing I carry now is my PSP, iPod, and phone.
What do you mean by touch to move? Based on my first 10 minutes into the game it uses on screen buttons, d-pad (for car controls) and virtual joystick (for on-foot controls) for controls.
That would be stupid, how would you swap guns and play all those minigames? How would you save? How would you go to the menu? How would you hotwire cars? How would you trade? How would you do drive-bys? I swear...
