Yeah you can get in one with Action Replay (cheating thingy) in the DS. You modify the car in your garage to a chopper, but you can't get it out of the garage or something. So it's absolutely useless lol.

you can get into all those vehicles except the helicopter, though to console you, ill tell you you can get a tank in the airport. you can get police cars at police stations around the city, but watch out, if you jack a police car, you will get a wanted level even if it's empty!

Well in my game, 2 drug dealers are selling incredibly cheap heroin, so I'm alternating between one and the other, stopping at my safe house occasionally where the heroin will wait to be sold to a desperate drug addict who'll pay thousands and thousands, Genius.
I'm going for maximum contrast with Eluvium and Sigur Ros. The experience is almost disorienting (in a good way).
