iPhone GTA at night. Just for the sake of comparison (although I agree with squarezero that both graphics are great, there is little difference between them and they both do the job well). PSP:
hardware older than iPhone 3GS and Touch 3G doesn't have shaders (and those make PSP look so "ultra next gen" - see nighttime lights) also the screen of never versions of PSP is better... it's not like total revolution, but it is a bit more contrast and is brighter
iPhone/iPod Touch: 480 x 320 pixels, 3.5 inch screen PSP: 480 x 272 pixels, 4.3 inch screen PSP Go: 480 x 272 pixels, 3.8 inch screen These are the native res, the game res is probably relatively much higher on the iPhone.
Apparently after every mission the PSP version takes about 20 seconds to autosave. Plus there's a ton of draw-in at high speeds.
when you finish all the missions in the game, two lion statues will appear in the city. they will be on 2 of the 21 white spots, find them both and you'll unlock extra after missions

Yup. Watch IGN's review of it, and it shows the 20 second save times after missions, and shadows/minor parts of structures like on a bridge appear. And shadows on the PSP affect your car and character. Like if you were halfway driven under a building's shadow it would affect that half of the car.
i finally bought this game after being fearful of how it would run on my 3g. and im so pleased it runs perfectly. the game looks great and handles just as well.
Anybody feel like helping? I've found the taxis, the buses, the pool, the basketball courts... But is there any place where I can find a cop car I could get into? Or a even a boat/helicopter?
