I hated that too, but now I just use the iTunes DJ thing and just add new songs when I sync my iPod. Works pretty well so far, and adds a lot more randomness. I don't really get to choose the songs, but it atually might be for the better!

Anyone realize that the first set of screenshots has a different UI then the appstore version? also I htink it was rushed when released because they had screenshots to what seems ot be the beta version. Are there any cheats in the iPhone version? One of the best parts of the game was turning cheats on and causing mayhem when bored? Thanks
That's my only gripe to the point where I just turn music off completly. That really hurts because I almost started to get tired of playing "Tennessee" by Arrested Development. I play in spurts because I'm always on the go and that song is first on the playlist so...yeah...
Yeah, the appstore version had those screenshots too, it just takes longer for these ones to update to the new ones. The stats screen says "times cheated" so we're guessing there are, but no one's found any yet.

I don't think he was comparing the two, he was simply saying that future RPG's could learn a lesson from GTA in terms of how open the world is, and the possibilities that GTA brings to RPG's.

If I can add my two cents here. If hirschy is like me, he may have a TA open on one tab and looking at another website on another. I've got 4 tabs open right now, and hope from one to another. It is possible he didn't see your PM's before he logged off. Looking at his profile he's been a member for almost a year and has 700plus posts; it doesn't seem like he'd scam someone. Again I'm simply playing devil's advocate here. Knowing how much you want to play GTA, it's easy to get impatient and feel like you've been screwed over, but give him the benefit of the doubt for a little while longer. And just an aside I don't know hirschy, never exchanged PM's with him, I'm just looking at both sides.
Yes I wasn't at the safehouse yet which is why the autosave didn't work yet, it automaticaly saves when you enter the safehouse if autosave is on, mine was off at the start of the game and it autosaves automatically when you complete A mission (I think). I read the description and the directions but must have misunderstood them but thankfully all you guys here on toucharcade are very helpfull.
To be fair though, if you've just received $20 from someone the right thing to do is tell them you've got it and give them an idea of how soon you can get their gift card. You wouldn't just walk off without saying something even if you planned to honor the deal.
I reckon this will be the game of the year (even though the year has only just begun ) I'm curious to se how many they have sold so far and how much money they have made.
