I find myself trying to change the camera angle by swiping on the screen left or right, Gangstar style... Doesn't work I hate when I'm under a roof or the train tracks and can't see my character. Otherwise, this game is great so far! Only 10% in, though. Has anyone managed to pass it all, yet?
Actually, you have to damage the van enough until the guy jumps out of the van, where he will then proceed to shoot you. You can either kill him or just jump in the van and take off. After you jack the van take it to a safehouse garage and you can loot it.

Pissed off I've tried to play this game twice and got about a half hour into it which includes the stupid intro that you can't skip. Well anyway I had to shut down the game and take care of other things and everytime I go back to the game it wants me to start at the very beginning again, I think this is bullshit and am extremely pissed off about it. How the he'll are you supposed to play a game that doesn't save progress? If this is how it is then I want my money back cuz for $10 they should have put a save feature in it.

I did I found that and used it after meeting with the uncle after almost drowning but it still wants me to start over (very frustrating) Any other ideas or do I have to get to a certaint point for the auto save to work and where would that be?
