It's a complete GTA package so yes free roaming is quite fun, you see random events happen like a pursuit or an accident complete with cops barricading the scene. Rampage is so much fun too!
I've been randomly free-roaming, selling drugs, buying guns, completing jumps etc. for a while now, without doing any missions. I even went touristing and visited the Statue of Happiness on Happiness island. This game has potentially unlimited replay value. EDIT: That's true too, on several occasions I have driven past burnt-out vehicles with the area blocked off by police and paramedics, or police having a shootout with some gang members.
I saw a helicopter trying to gun me down but can we use them at any point? If we can it will make my life.
ok, i want to sell drugs, how? iv just been doing missions and I also was the ambulance and saved 5 patrons.. i want some quick money. this reminds me of the first gta i played.. then i had to stop playing games and get on with life. i think rockstar is aiming for us 30 something guys. lol. i know that would be selfish. i think the graphics are great. rock on. chris.
oooo buy it is my vote. chris. iv already got my money out of it and then some.. fun factor off the hook. of course you have to liked gta to start with.. GTA is #2 top grossing. keep on climbing to the top gta!!

It's pretty good, I actually feel like I'm playing a real game instead of some cell phone game which is how I feel about most of the App Store games. My only complaint is the personal music station.
where is it on colony island? ive been looking around and cant find it. EDIT: nvm, i found it, it was the top little thing above Algonquin bridge.
You have to complete a mission from Uncle Kenny where you meet a drug dealer and buy/sell. Then you can freely deal.
