Nah, it's 17 plus for like everything. I switched over to the UK store for a minute just to see it lol. And the DS version has violence, strong language, strong sexual content, and other crap that I forgot, so unless they edited it a bit for the iPhone version, it's definetly not a kid's game. I think I'll wait for impressions...
You are right: it's so unfair that we're getting this game $27.00 cheaper than the PSP version. Outrageous.

the price should be set according to the platform, $13 is more than a mobile phone game is worth no matter how great it is.

Do you mean 3.1.2 or 3.12? Or are they the same thing? I have an iPod Touch 2G that I jailbroke with blackra1n, it was insanely easy. Took 30 seconds. I un-jailbroke it though, since it was causing my iPod some small but noticeable lag.
