Alright, I have a problem/question: So I just bought/found/earned a bunch of drugs, and got some tip-offs for my higher stuff. I went and found the contacts, but when I got there, I couldn't trade with them. I walked up to them as usual, the camera zoomed in, but the dealer just stood there waving his arm at me or something, and no option to trade appeared. I'll try exiting/restarting the game. If that doesn't help, what's going on?
I tried that, but no good. He just stood there, continuing to wave at me when I returned. Trust me, I tried everything in-game.
This has happened to me several times too. Saving at your safehouse and re-visiting the dealer seems to work and so does visiting another dealer first if you can (if I remeber correctly) I am not sure why it does this, and it only started happening to me once I was finished or a good way into the game.
Is there a way to disable a cheat after using it? The game keeps prompting me not to save because a cheat has been activated. Weird because the cheat isn't even in effect anymore.
I'm with you Kiranb! But I'm going to wait for a sale. It went on sale once, but when I webt to buy it it had just changed back. They'll do another sale someday or drop the price and I'll get it then!
yeah its safe to say gta is always gonna be 10.00 worth every penny.. i spent so many hours playing that game. laughs.. im ready for rockstar to rock me again with another title. chris.
Well unless you mean "never going to happen again" because it's been on sale before in February,http://appshopper.com/games/grand-theft-auto-chinatown-wars
This is one of the best games for the iOS platform. I just wish they would make some way to save your progress online or back it up outside Apples complete system backup (maybe via the new iTunes file support?). When I get my iPhone 4, I'd like to set it up as a new phone to avoid loading crap from my 3GS backup, but I've invested SOO many hours in GTA CW that I would hate to loose that. It's stupid that Apple does not allow backup of individual apps Freeverse did a great thing with WarpGate, where you can save and reload your progress online through the settings page in the game - I wish we could have the same in all games.
