Hell, I was playing GTA IV on my xbox when I was your age! I remember walking into a K-Mart on my own (but with my parent's permission, of course) and buying it over the counter! They sold it to me! Anyway, I really don't think you should have a problem, there is strong drug references, but there is in Fallout too, there is violence, and sexual references, but it's really not that bad. Especially compared to other GTA games.
Hmm... Well, the violence is a lot more cartoony, so that's no longer an issue, since you can kill innocents in Fallout 3 if you want to as well. The drugs are also in Fallout 3, and since you actually do the drugs, it's a bit more than Chinatown Wars. Then again, those drugs are fake, and the ones in CTW actually exist in real life. The language... it's a bit more. From what I remember, Fallout 3 drops the f-bomb a bit less frequently than Chinatown Wars does. So that leaves the sexual content, which if you can handle some decently dirty jokes/innuendos, you should be fine for the most part. Just don't go in the green dumpsters from what I hear, but those can easily be avoided. But being 12 years old and playing Fallout 3... Wow... I couldn't even play most T rated games then if I remember correctly. Man, I'm 16 and had to do quite a bit of convincing to get my parents to let me get it...
omg theres dildos in gta? does it show them having sex? i mean i didnt think games could do that and if it did why would apple let it pass through the app store?
Great. I was updating my iPod to 3.1.3 and than I got an error. My Touch suddenly went into recovery mode and after restoring from a back up, all my game data for every game deleted. I have to start this game. I had about 5 hours and 30% complete. Oh well, it will be fun going through the missions again I guess.

So, how about that new update? Lots of new music. Although I always just use my own play list, I'm interested to actually sample some of the stuff they added. Wish there were some talk shows though.

I love the new heavy metal channel (anvil?) and a few of the others were quite good from what I heard. Definitely agree about the talk stations but I think it started out as a limitation of the game being made for the DS. They just couldn't fit in actual talk. They could add it for psp and iphone but then the original stations feel ridiculous by comparison. After listening to my playlist with Independence Radio I have a hard time enjoying the original stuff
What do have on your playlist? Some of my favorites: Alice in Chains, Bad Religion, Mando Diao, Mastodon, Prong, The Misfits, Outkast, Wu-Tang Clan.

Lil Wayne, Lil Boosie, Wu Tang, Calle 13, and a few other random songs from the radio. Normally I listen to Indie/folk/metal but I really prefer hip hop and rap when I'm playing certain games. I'm not to sure why
