That's what I thought at first, but you'll get used to it as you play more.

 

I Find the Default Steering Controls pretty neat, what I don't like is that I need to keep an eye at the GPS and the route at the same time, because I need to check where do I turn but at the same time I need to avoid the incoming traffic, otherwise I'll end up jumping over cars lol.

Btw... does anyone know how to make "stoppies"? I saw it on the Stats "Longest Stoppie" and it said 0ft, meaning that I haven't done any...

 

No idea. I don't know how to make people 'burnt out' either.

 

Get Near some civilians with a Fast Car, slide from the Accel. Button to the Brake (This causes hand-brake) and then slide back to Accel., you'll see that your tires are burning (spreading smoke), then release the accel. and tap the accel button and keep it pressed as fast as you can, you'll perform a burn-out, your car will do a "wheelie" and your tires will ignite, burning out everything near them (Including civilians).

i don't know what i'm doing wrong, the regenerating health is also not working for me. no shield and a tiny bit of health left and it doesn't regenerate at all???

i also finished the ranger tt race mission, but i still can't buy the bulletproof ranger!!!!

 

ok im gonna get on my soap box and rant.

iv been playing gta for the last 2 hours or so.. not really in the mood to deal with cops.. just wanting to be mellow.. all i have been doing is dealing dope.
ok this has kept me entertain. i want more games with depth of gta.

i mean i truly feel like i got my moneys worth for a game ill be playing till my ipod dies. so all you big time game company's port your stuff for us.

yes ill still support devs with pick up casual games.. but man, i just want more experiences like gta.

yeah i know its a pipe dream.. but dang if i get board with slinging dope and am feeling angry ill go raising hell in the city and out running the cops. or maybe do a few mini games.. maybe no other game can pull off what gta dose for me. maybe thats why gta is such a hit not so much for the adult content.. who am i kidding, the adult content is what makes gta.... rock on rockstar..

i have not had that problem. so it wont allow you to pick up more health? the crosses?




i found another chick.. her name is marcy.. you have to drive in her sports car and make her excited.. then take her to the hospital.. so iv done 3 chick missions.

When you do the side missions, you have to get 100%, not just gold. When I did the ambulance missions, I got a gold, but let a patient die and didn't get rewarded with anything. In order to unlock things, you have to get gold and 100% success rates.

 

So what's that pesky "Fish Fed" stat mean?

I saw GTA on sale this weekend so I bought it. But in my excitement I forgot to check to see if it was compatible with 1st gen ipods. Any chance a future update will fix this or am I just screwed?

 

I just played it again for the first time in a week after I beat everything.... Yea I definitely shouldn't have stopped playing it.

I was doing drive bys while listening to Hey Joe in star junction. Everytime the song went "I gave her the gun... And I shot her!" I went crazy. God that was awesome. I definitely recommend having thAt song in your playlist.
