Does anyone know what exactly is the "Unlimited Sprint" you unlock after doing all the Paramedic Missions?

You always sprint. You don't slow down after running for a while.

I dont think it applies to the iphone version. I "unlocked" it and didnt notice anything. I have never slowed down before from running.

It does. I slow down after around 5 seconds of sprinting.

It's automatic. When you move, that's sprinting. You can only sprint for around 3-5 seconds before you slow down.

    Australia, mate!
Unless you've got gold for the Ambulance mission, where you are rewarded unlimited sprint.

The shotgun challenge in the gun club is laaaaaaaaaaame. Almost as lame as Fast Tracks.

    But I finally got gold.

I also got gold on the ambulance missions, but I didn't get any message that I unlocked anything. Do I have to do more, or does it just not do anything (auto-sprint?)

When i reached the end of the map, there was a sign under water that said "Here be Dragons". I took a screenshot but i don't know how to put it up. It was on the bottom of the island with the statue of liberty.

Just upload it to a website like photobucket or imageshack, then post it here.

To change weapons: hit the pause button.

Tips on driving: keep in mind that you don't have to steer while going straight down a road -- the game does it for you. To switch lanes and avoid cars, just tap the buttons, don't press them. Turn at high speed, slide your finger from the accelerator to the break -- that will give you a nice drift.
