I just finished the game. It was terrific. The ending was a twist which I anticipated. I knew who the bad guy was gonna be. I had a feeling long ago. I miss Zhou :(. He was awesome *sniff. I still have plently to do... I completed 70 percent. Still got a third to sniff out. Got a question: what do I do with the purple swirly things? How do I find the statues? Are purple things it? I tried to grab one but there no option.

There are 21(?) of the "purple swirls". Only two of them will have gold lions. You will know if it has a lion, because a giant gold lion statue will replace it. Find both of them to unlock bonus missions.

If I had a ... NVM :D Those orbs are possible locations of the 2 statues that you needed to find after you finished the missions to unlock the a special mission, BTW there about 21 of these.

  5. I find the taxi/ambulance/firetruck missions to be near impossible... i'm always cutting it so close

    any tips?

also to get the bullet proof taxi and what not, do you ahve to get complete each segment in succession?

It's going to be real hard to complete 5 taxi rides in a row. usually i mess up one or more.

I find the taxi missions quite easy, just don't follow the 'legal' route make the necessary short cuts.

I finally convinced myself to buy this....best idea ive ever had.

My favorite still stands in the opening cutscene :)
"Well, he's got a bullet wound, he's not breathing, and he's not moving. I think hes dead"
    "****in smart ass prick."

How far is everyone into the game?

So far im 92.48% done with 31 hours and 54 minutes of gameplay.

I beat the story, found the 2 lions and did the xin missions, found all cameras, 20/30 stunt jumps, every street race, every time trial, gold for all in the gun club, gold in all car missions (taxi, paramedic, noodle run etc), all random encounters, and probably more im forgetting.

I think all thats left for me is fast tracks, (really ****in hard) and the stunt jumps and thats it.

And im still playing the game.... GTA is the greatest game ever made.

I'm at 17,7% and have played a little over 4 hours total.

This game has SO MUCH content and in my opinion is the best value in the App Store, even at $9.99

I'm primarily a racing (I have Real Racing, NFSU, NFSS, Asphalt 4&5, Rally Master and a few other racing games) and FPS (EliminatePro, Sandstorm, NOVA, Doom Resurrection etc.) kinda guy, but this is the best game I have ever had on my iPhone.

I also have CarJack Streets and Gang$tar and tried the free version of Payback, but none of them ever appealed to me. I've never played more than 1/2 hour in each of them before I got bored.

GTA-CW on the other hand is so full of atmosphere, life and a great story with lots of varied missions that I keep coming back for more.

Most other games get boring after a while because most of the missions are just variations on doing the same thing over and over. In GTA-CW there are so many different things to do, that it never gets old.

Best $10 ever spent on a game!!!

Actually I am not. One of users a few pages ago asked a question if he can control a plane and a train. He was answered, that he can, but in San Andreas only.
Maybe he was joking and I misunderstood him. Excuse me stupid question.

If you don't know where it is then you don't deserve to have it explained to you. Look harder.... :D
