How come I still get busted even when I have destroyed the video camera at the location? For example, I've already destroyed the camera at the toll gate, yet, when I sped through the toll gate, the police knew to come after me.
In your safehouse there is a bulletin board with magnetic letters. Rearrange the letters with the specific cheat. Be careful though it might ruin your overall game experience.
What do you mean by that? Nothing has happened to my 'game experience', except for the fact that I get a pointless pop-up everytime I try to save the game.
Any tips on how to complete the Noodle run odd job? I try to ignore the bad guys as much as possible but I keep running out of time.
Turn off auto switch weapon, and kill the dudes with a sword, it won't attract much police attention. Also keep the car from hitting other cars by driving in the middle of the road. Basically, after arriving, kill the dude before the customer comes out, then deliver the noodle after the enemies are dead, then repeat.
Only one dumpster in Chinatown have it. you can discover it by yourself, or through one of the half way mission.
how big is the city btw ? can you buy and tune cars ? ( not everything must be done illegal) can you drive ships ? can you fly with a helicopter?
The city is absolutely massive. It'll probably take you at least an hour just to go through the city once without doing anything. Yes, you can purchase cars, but you can't tune them. Yes, you can drive boats/ships. No, you can't fly in a helicopter.
