I'm confused here- why would someone have to jailbreak in order to use this app? If they have an older phone or something?
Is it compatible with the 1st Gen iPod Touch? Is the current incompatibility just a mistake by Rockstar or did they put it down as incompatible purposely due to technical requirements which the 1st Generation fails to support. Can anyone please confirm whether it works on their 1st Gen? Don't want to purchase a game which ultimately will not work due to old graphics chip, etc.

Just played the first few minutes until the task to head to the apartment. Liked it so far. Smooth and the controls are good. I actually like the comic-ish graphics. I can see more hours of fun with this.
