Just walk away and wait until the briefcase symbol is off your map. Then walk back and he will be there.
Finally beat it, took 22 hours with side missions, rampages, races, etc. Now I need to get gold on the rest of the rampages and oddjobs and find the lion statues, cameras, and drug dealers. Going for 100%
Hey Bat have you tried this: Get the saw and hold down on it instead of killing your enemies. Lots of blood will flow out and he won't move or die till a few secs later.
Yeah, when playing other GTA games, the best thing to do is pay for the hooker's "service" then kill her after and run off with all her money Too bad there aren't any hookers in this game (or are there?).
You will meet at least 1 hooker later on in a side mission. It's a pretty short, but entertaining and is based on something that's been said of hookers plenty of times.
It's the mission you do for that guy in a hotdog stand, I don't want to spoil anything but it's hilarious
