Yeah I managed to figure it out. Very hard and annoying. Rockstar should have an icon pop up when your near a taxi. Also it should work from a distance and when the taxi is moving. It doesn't do these things like in gta4
tattoo shops, drug tip offs (sell high buy cheap), taxi work, parameic, vigilante, firefighter ETC ETC.. alot of stuff

Yeah mainly drugs. But you can also steal drugs two ways: one: steal the van that's driving on the streets two: steal a parked van in their storehouse. The second one is the way to go.

I just have to say again how totally awesome this game is. it's so chock full of little details that make the world come alive, here's what I've noticed so far: Cars signal when then need to turn left or right at an intersection Cars brake lights come on when they brake or you hit them Cars turn their light on at night and off at day When you hit the front of a car, one or both of their lights go out (they get smashed) The same happens on your own car When driving backwards the tail lights turn white (back-lights) When "driving" backwards on a motorcycle the guy actually pushes the bike backwards with his feet like you would in real life The handling, speed and sound differs between car models When it starts to rain some pedestrians open umbrellas Some pedestrians stop and take flash photos Taxis turn on yellow light when they are free You sometimes receive SPAM mail in your email in-box When you hit a fire-hydrant a fountain of water appears you can actually walk across the foot-bridges that crosses some of the larger roads What have you guys noticed? It's all these small things that makes this game feel SOOOO much better than anything else on the platform - really cool stuff! at $10 it's a BARGAIN!!!
My personal favourite is how the brake lights leave little red trails when you slam the brakes at high speed.
