Is there any such thing as a MMORPG with old school skill cooldowns like LOTRO, WOW, etc. but in an ARPG style, i.e. top down? I've been looking for one as I love the LOTRO gameplay, but I also like the fixed camera of Diablo, Titan Quest, etc. which just works so much better for touch devices. I realise there are a million hack and slash ARPGs, but I wanted one with larger numbers of tactical skills and cooldowns, more thoughtful combat. I'm starting to think it doesn't exist.
