Is there a comic reader that does not use wifi connection to sync my JPG/CBR/CBZ comic files or PDF onto my iPhone? It's frustrating that all of the ones I found needs wifi connection, as if the USB cable is there for decoration. I can sync ringtones from a 3rd party application onto my iPhone using only the cable and no wifi, so I'm only presuming that I can sync pictures as well. Thanks.
You can sync pictures through iTunes, I don't think other apps have access to that feature. What comic book readers are you using, by the way? I'm looking into getting one.

If your looking for a good cheap enough comic reader, have a look into comic zeal. It does use wifi for uploading comics to your device though. It's well polished and has frequent updates, plus the developer is real good at fixing problems you may have with it and answering any questions. I'd like to have a look at comic reader mobi, but its 3 times the price of comic zeal, far too much.
If you're jailbroken, I think there is a method to SSH the files in. I haven't done it in a long time though, so I forget what folder it goes in. o_o
Comicreader mobi is the only choice if you want an all format viewer, ie inc cbr. Def worth the money, uploading takes no time and no jailbreaking etc required. The update should have features like swipe for next page etc.
