As bada** as this game seems, you are right. It is very likely that Eliminate will disappoint us in one way or another, whether it's gameplay, DLC, pricing, Ngmoco seems to like to flip-flop on their customers and sometimes it just really ticks me off...

Proceed with caution? It's free! Dr. Awesome's 24 hour limit and insane difficulty early in bugged me too. But as a whole, I like most ngmoco games.
Yes - your energy recharges automatically every 90 minutes. The DLC is just used to play for credits while you wait. Even if you never spend a dime on this game, you can still earn credits.
I think whoever is the first person to post the link to the app store for Eliminate like the second it comes out should win some type of award and be like TA Unofficial Hero of the Week LOL
