Hey, it might be. Apple gave Ngmoco the first Dev fund. So they're really close considering they live in the same city too.
iFund is unrelated to Apple. Ngmoco has never received a dime from Apple in investment capital. They may be geographically close, but that doesn't mean ngmoco has any advantages other devs don't also get.
I can imagen the lead guy from getting and e-mail saying it is rejected and then calling all of his emploies say grab ur torches and pitchforks we're getting this app approved today!
well, apple claims that 95% (if I remember correctly) of games submitted are approved within 14 days. If Eliminate was submitted last week some time before friday (lets say sunday ideally) it would have been twelve days (not including the day it was submitted) since it was submitted. This seams reasonably close enough to fourteen days. This paired with the image released in eliminate's website indicates an imminent release.
It's been in the pipes for a minimum of 5 days, as the hallowed tweet came on the 9th. But that tweet said earlier that week so it is most likely been in for like 8 days
I'm not sure where you're getting your info, but that math doesn't add up. Ngmoco said Friday the 9th that the games were submitted earlier that week. Lets assume that means that they were submitted on Wednesday. That would be exactly one week ago. That means we're still about a week away.
