It says global releases imminent. That just means that its gonna be released everywhere. Also, that image is probably actually a week or so old. Arctic facilities online probably means that the game has gone gold, which happened a week or two ago.
*Ahem* Global Facilities Imminent is simply stating the fact that it's approved and they're releasing the game tonight. 12 A.M. people. 12 A.M.
keep in mind that everything on the website is created in the context of the backstory of the game. The facilities would be the offices in which the testers of the equipment would battle. This means that battling simulation facilities will soon be opening worldwide, thus people will soon be able to "apply for jobs" at arsenal megacorp. In other words, the game will be released soon. Thats how I am reading it at least. By the way, sorry if I am overanalyzing of a tiny piece of information. I watch LOST.
I found it slightly ironic in that little white paragraph at the end of the All State commercials it says allstate is not available in all states
That image doesn't mean anything until it is on the site. Things hidden away in folders on the ngmoco server only points to a future announcement or change. They may put that in place tonight or in the next few days. We all already know it is pretty far into the review process so we can expect it soon.
