What also adds to me thinking it will take a couple of weeks is the fact that they haven't announced the price or any new infos like screenshots, commercials etc. They will definitely start promoting it first therefore they will release it once everything is set up. Also when you look inside the media folder on their site you will notice there will be another video #5 coming out. So I guess even if apple approves it we are still weeks away from seeing it on the AppStore. I hope mj or somebody can clearify if they want to wait for a schedueled release date.
i don't think it will be out for atleast another 7 days. ngmoco would like to carry out a blitzkrieg before the game is out.Since we haven't seen it yet, there's little chace of this being out in the next 2-3 days.

2nd screen shot looks amazing. I like that they are keeping the HUD clear of junk but I do wonder about a health indicator. Perhaps it only appears when you are hit or there isn't one at all.
It may be like halo 2 or 3, where it blinks when ur shield is down. yeah i know that there is a shield bar in halo 2 and 3 but it isnt a neccessity if they make the blinks increasing in frequency as they are hit. But idk.
