The icon has been on the plus+ web site for over a week. I am hoping for a release today, or tomorrow, or the next day.

ngmoco stated they get the same treatment as their competitors. Meaning, they have to wait in line with everyone else.
They have just stated via twitter that they can hold it off once Apple approved it. That might mean, that it has already gone through and they are waiting either for both of the games to go through or for some special date....
Yeah, I can see them holding off a few days once Apple approves it to make sure the server infrastructure is ready to go and to update the Plus+ network. A lot of upcoming Plus+ games are featured on ngmoco's plus accounts but Eliminate and Touch Pets seem to be missing. Purely speculation, though
Squirt, that is not a proper room for him. A more suitable room would be one with no windows and lots of padding.
