That sounds really good, but for now all I want is the app to come out but obviously it's up to Apple and not you guys. Thanks for the answer.
This and DOOM (whenever it comes out - hopefully this week) are gonna be in the Top 3 Most Played Games on my iPod touch. Metallica Revenge is the 3rd one.
MJ, when you guys previewed LiveFire at 3.0 conference, Chris bought a rocket launcher in game. Is that still possible? Also can you clarify the whole theory about there being two versions of Eliminate? (I'm really glad we can tallk to devs like this. Most devs like gameloft don't even care about us so thanks MJ!)
Well I know that weapon purchasing was just a proof of concept thing at the conference, and is absolutely not in the final game. As of this point, the only thing you buy is energy. I don't know about versions, though. We're only basing the idea that there could be multiple versions that on the name of the app in Plus+, and who knows how accurate that stuff is. I think there is only one version, personally. I agree that it is great being able to talk to developers on here - that really is the good thing about Touch Arcade. Also, welcome to the site!
Someone asked that question about the versions on twitter to ngmoco and they said there would only be one.
Thanks for the follow up kmacleod. I wasn't on the two version boat either. It kills so bad that all the public can do is wait and wait. Btw thanks MJ for the awesome vid. Although your strategy of the vid occupying us til release has backfired lol. --DDL (my new sig) P.S. Who is TBN? Every1 is saying they'll taunt him. P.P.S Taunting looks awesome
I'd like to see your gaming skills. Do you have Galcon or Baseball sluggers? I'll play you. I don't have Cocoto though.
Thanks Vestor. I think I've seen him around before. This really sucks, this waiting. Hopefully when I get back on Eliminatte will be out in Canada at least. --DDL
well. i dont have either of them and im broke too... The only online games a have are cocoto and F.A.S.T... guess we'll have to wait for Eliminate to see my rwnage skills
Ah bummer. Well, be warned: The first FPS I played was Dark Forces back when I was 6 or 7. I'm 11 now, so watch out!
Halo was out when you were 6?? And your parents bought it for you? A rated 17+ game?! I'd slap'em if I could!
First of all those skills don't necessarily translate to the iphone, and secondly the Halo series on Legendary isn't hard.
