Wow, 14 days is just an AVERAGE rumor of release. If we don't have it today, that by no means means it got rejected. Some games take even longer, and since this game has so many huge parts to it, I'm sure it will be a while. Everybody calm the hell down.
I wonder if anyone from Apple's testing team has signed in to the game yet. I'm sure Ngmoco is tracking that very carefully, but they're obviously not telling us

Yes it is short, but I didn't say an energy pack lasts only 4-5 rounds. What I said was that the full charge that happens every 90 minutes only lasts 4-5 rounds. Ngmoco has remained completely silent on how much play time you get for each DLC energy pack you purchase. They may give you several full charges per pack, they may give you only a handful of rounds. Personally, I'm guessing that DLC packs will provide a good deal of energy, and will also be available in multiple configurations. It would make sense for them to offer discounts for people who buy in bulk.
It is all about anticipation! I have been following this thread for a while and I am excited to play Eliminate. Useful hint: If you want a specific username for Elimate then make sure you have one of the other Plus+ games such as Topple 2 or Wordfu (both are free). Then by starting the game and choosing your username, you can have the same username for Eliminate. Thanks for all the useful tips everyone.
Im sure ngmoco is going to make a lot of money with this plan. People paid high amounts of money for those text-based mmos so I imagine this will make a lot as well.
Hey, welcome to the site! You're right, it is definitely a good idea to register with Plus+ now to reserve the name you want for Eliminate. Rolando 2, Topple 2, Word Fu, MazeFinger, Dr. Awesome, and Star Defense Prelude are all free Plus+ games you can download and register with. I think it should be successful as well. I'm definitely hoping it will. The difference between Eliminate and those text-based games is that the cost of running the Eliminate servers is going to be much greater, so they'll need to make a significantly larger amount of money in order to turn a profit.
Apple is really close to ngmoco. I doubt it got rejected.More likely case is it already got approved and ngmoco is holding back on the release. Anyway ngmoco said they will first release this game in canada to see how everything goes before launching it globally!!
If it had been approved in Canada already, then either someone from ngmoco would post here or someone from Canada would make an offical eliminate release thread.
i doubt that they are holding it back, wouldnt they want to start testing it in canada as soon as possible and they need to make money also
release Most games take about 14 day...or so it's rumored. I believe that apple will get it approved by the end of the weekend. It probably hasn't got rejected it just feels like it because we are anticipating it so much. 14 days feels like an eternity. most games 14 days feels quick.
