No, it really wasn't. We're all looking forward to Eliminate, but I for one am sick of seeing all of these posts every day about "OMG WHERE IS IT I'M SO MAD I CAN'T WAIT **** YOU APPLE". Seriously, grow up. The game will be out soon enough, and all the whining in the world isn't going to speed up the process.

I'm not trying to make a flame war or anything but I know this game isn't going to be the best for a long time. Pocket god, was one of themost popular games out there. Staying in the top 20 for like a year is amazing. I'm not over reacting. I'm not much really interested in the game like you are. I check this thread once a day. When it gets released in Canada, the thread will probably be closed anyways, and discussion will move to the new release thread that will be opened There isn't a whole lot really left to discuss about Eliminate, that is the problem. We pretty much know everything important except how much energy you get per DLC purchase, and they've chosen to remain purposefully silent about that point...

Correct. Everything that ngmoco was open enough to reveal has already been discussed. That's one of the many reasons this thread got this long The only thing we are waiting for is the sign to close this thread. That's why I believe there isn't much need to keep it on-topic all the time. Most people here got used to posting here over months and post their frustrations, which I kind of can understand since there's nobody you can go to and talk about that My girlfriend is certainly not going to talk about that Thank you for answering all of those questions here and helping us out.
Yeah, I get that... but then sometimes, there is some tidbit of information that hasn't been revealed yet that they just happen to drop off in this thread. Like, a few pages ago, they discussed some of the awards in the game. And then there was the Fan Kit - it isn't like there isn't anything interesting left to learn about the game. The thing is, we're definitely all frustrated that the game isn't out yet, but I'm just not sure that constantly venting that frustration is good for the game. Excitement and anticipation are both great things for a game to have, but a pit of negativity with everyone's anger and frustration feeding off one another's just seems like a bad way to use this place. New users jump in to the thread and see a bunch of peoples' anger directed towards Ngmoco and Apple, and it could definitely turn people off from the game. That is the thing that worries me, more than anything else. But you're definitely right, the possibility of useful discussion is definitely winding down as the amount of information we don't know gets smaller and smaller. Thanks though - glad I could help in the early days of this thread at least
