Probably. They do play the apps and check the coding before approving it. And btw gamevil replied that they submitted their app 3 weeks ago. Holy crap. But this means apple hasn't delayed approving eliminate.
So yea according to gamevil's approval with their app today, apple should approve sometime this week or early next week, and that is if they don't get any slower -_-
On topic, been looking at the weapons and wondering how balanced they will be and if the possibility of DLC or an Update for each armor might come along in the future.

Yea it looks balanced to me as well. Although I worry that people might try to abuse the rocket launcher by improving it's rate of fire.
