Err come on.. it's GOT to be today it comes out, and if not, definitely tomorrow. If for some reason it doesn't get approved, then apple is obviously delaying the game cause they hate us >_>. It can't take that long to approve an awesome app like that. Edit: There's a better chance it will come every day, but every day it doesn't it will make me and other impatient people more mad than the day before >_<. Sorry but I had to rant.
No, nothing has been stated. Considering that Eliminate is already having a fragmented release because of potential server congestion issues, I'm actually expecting TPD to be delayed entirely until after Eliminate is globally available and server load levels have plateaued. That way, they don't have to worry about high server loads caused by the simultaneous launch of two different apps.
I agree. But if they have dedicated Eliminate servers (which would make sense), they'll probably release TP: D worldwide when Eliminate hits Canada.
Hmm.. you could be right. But wouldn't they be prepared by having their own dedicated Eliminate servers? I doubt TP: D is going to eat up bandwidth as much as Eliminate is. Just hoping to play around with a little virtual doggy when the inevitable first day server crash happens.
It would definitely make sense to keep dedicated Eliminate servers, but they may want to temporarily borrow bandwidth from the servers that would eventually be used by TPD in order to offset the initial rush of users signing in to Eliminate. I'm looking forward to TPD as well, but the fact they've remained as quiet about it as they have suggests that it still is a little while off
