yes, there is a practice mode with bot that doesnt affect your rank or give you credits. I heard the bots were really easy though
there are always a few people who would enjoy it called the dev effect for some reason they can't play the game that they make maps for anymore called themselves mildly insane personal the stuff they created was stuff out of the source engine on ut2.5 if we could get that on the iphone we would be that much close to an actual gamming platform which is what i hope the idevices will eventualy become
Yes there is an offline practice mode with bots so you can get used to the controls, armor, and guns. And before you might ask, no you don't use up energy when you do this mode, nor you can.
The cool part of the gravity hook? If you hook yourself, to say, the ceiling, it will leave you hooked. You can ambush people! It also does a little bit of damage. I'm not very good at aiming it, but I've been killed by my fair share of hooks to the face. Allen
If I could have any map... hmmmm... What if there was a kind of map that resembled a small maze. There would be various strong points where you could catch unsuspecting passerby's by surprise, but they would always have at least one weakness. There would be an open area in the middle for crazy heated encounters as well. Oh, and did I mention that there would be levers placed around the map that would move some of the walls of the maze? Yeah, I think that would be pretty tight...

The more features the better, but since it's just a mode that would mostly help out getting used to the game before playing online, it would be a kind of pointless feature to put time into, but it could prove use if you are traveling with an ipod touch.
there should be special armor u get for killing the ppl who work for ngmoco, like they do in halo. i forgot the name of the armor but im sure some1 here knows what im talking about
