Then I guess I'll go make a Canadian account now...but then if I get Eliminate from Canada, all the updates it has and stuff will be released to me whenever Canada gets it, and maybe USA will start getting that stuff first, so maybe it's not the best idea... Don't worry...you can just download it and then sign off and never use that account again... Once it's out in the US you will receive those updates from there too... Since it's the same App... If you don't receive updates from your US account you can delete it and redownload from your us account since everything is saved in the cloud through Plus+ so you don't risk anything! 1. Lol I'm not I'm in so cal but I have like 4 different accounts in different countries. I made te Canadian one when topple 2 plus+ was only in Canada for a week
OH I forgot Plus+ Network saves your progress! Ok then there really are no flaws to this. Btw I did everything you said but it won't let me skip filling in my credit card...
Yes...but there's now the Option to select NONE... Where there are those Credit Card logos.. If you still don't see the NONE option... try getting the TOP free app...that worked for me.

yeah, if you don't select a free app, it assumes you are trying to buy something, and then you need payment info.
Strange I can't find that option on your screenshot...I have iTunes 9 as well. Edit: Yeah...it needs to be a free app, since they can only give you this option if they don't have to charge you anything...Cool..

you can just put a bogus address, it doesn't need to be a real one (i think), but the zip code should be accurate
That's cause I didn't select a free app, my problem now is filling out the location form with fake info, it can tell if some of it isn't accurate, what did you fill in? ...Is this illegal? xD
