Ok guys, a quick update I have heard from someone that CJS was rejected. The exact details are unknown to me or anyone else at this time but rest assured that TAG is doing everything they can to try and get this game out and will be working hard to hopefully submit this week. Rejected? Then why was it showing up in the search bar on iTunes... Anyway, this crosses the line for me. I am sick of Apple's review process. They let crap like this guy - http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewArtist?id=298004712 - in and spam the App Store with tons of bullshit rip-offs, yet one of the most anticipated games this year is rejected. Hell, Ninja Buddy was rejected for an animation that they thought people would think cracked the glass on their phone. Pocket God got rejected for having a small button in the menu that resembled an iPhone. This is just bullshit.
We will still see the game. Apple is very tough on big name games! They test everything, and they will reject for one or two minor bugs (requiring the dev to resubmit). Just be patient...this game will be totally worth it!

Guys, calm down. Hirschy said that he heard this from someone. This may or may not denote someone in the know, meaning that it may just be a rumor. You people are so quick to pick up on any little thing without waiting for official confirmation. Calm down until we hear one way or another from Paul.
