Yeah it depends what country you're in. In The countries that are a long way ahead of the US (Aus, NZ) It got delayed to the 18th in those countries so US could enjoy it first. It could also be so that there isn't too much traffic in the 3.0 download centre.

How will the update show up in the app store and what will the update process entail? I just got an iPod touch, my first iPod in 5+ years (my 3g has lasted me since Christmas of 2003), I'm wondering whether I will have to resync everything, and under what application type the update will show up.
hit check for update under version, if it's available, then it will take you to the page to purchase it, then ultimately download it. it will ask you to back up before you install it, which is a good idea if you want your saved games and contacts and crap.
Mash "Check for update" in iTunes. Summary tab when you select your device. EDIT: Sigh... I'll just sit here and watch this thread...
ha yeah if its 3 then its adult swim replaying all the shows, and one classic one is the space fratboy aliens. i have all the seasons, one of the best shows ever created.
i have the first season of that its a pretty funny show, i also like venture brothers, and frisky dingo which reminds me of athf alot, with all the random crap that happens. EDIT: xbox live is now working sweeeeeeeeet
if you like random crap, mighty boosh is random as crap, I strangely like that show, and I don't know why it's too late, and too many beers to rock, but I can still download the songs
that show is amazing, they also did old gregg if you havnt seen that look it up on youtube, its by the same dudes and its hilarious
