One more post tonight. I've really been enjoying this YouTuber lately. His initial reactions are fantastic and entertaining. He seems to be on point with his judgement as well. He goes by BlueMaxima's Vita Channel and does weekly PSN updates. Here's a recent one he did for SAO.
This is probably a good idea, most release talk gets swamped in the main Vita thread. This game I can't wait for, loved the original despite fairly average production values, this looks like it fixes that and refines on a great core concept. Hopefully it lives up to expectations. Also remote play, been playing flawless last few days - Ethernet the PS4, Wifi the Vita. Solid, even playing online.
I really - really wanted to like the original but for whatever reason I just couldn't get into it. I can't wait for this new one though and gladly give it another shot!
If you played the iPad version the UI was a hot mess, it felt like developer mode and made the game more cumbersome than it initially was or needed to be. If you played the PC version I don't think the Vita version is going to change much tactically or mechanically, althought the interface itself looks greatly improved (as of course do the graphics). If you struggle with it queue up a few games with friends, the depth and friendly competitive nature amongst people you know is great, or at least in my experience.
Yeah it was the iPad version, never played the PC version. I'll give it another go though in anticipation of the new release.
