Subs are there, just not in every little dialogue.but in all important dialogues and all movie clips. For me at least...
Thanks for the info guys. I remember renting this back in the day and not really being able to play it, so I'm excited to give it a shot!
I have to revert my statemet that i don't like to play it with graphic settings all maxed on Air 2.The only real difference i noticed when lowering the resolution was slightly more fps in the second town and in environments with a lot of grass etc.And those slight framedrops happen only in 3rd person, not 1st person. Damn,i have to wait until my controller is recharched.I'm so much in a mood to play it now
I love this game but it's really hard. I was saving money because I thought you had to get 20,000 moolah but you don't even need to save your money so spend away!
Now that I have completed the game (and started a new one) I've been taking a few choice screenshots. Even with the resolution slider at around 1/3 and many of the effects toned down, this is still a damn fine looking game.
new update available,MFI support is fixed and some other stuff. Wow,impressive support. Thanks a lot! Btw,while it's a matter of taste if someone like the touch controld or not,i would say it's a MUST buy for every gamer with a Controller! No excuses
I swear, I just wanna hug the hell out of you madmonstor. Thank you so so so so so frickin' much for using delta updates with Stranger's Wrath.
Wow you guys are amazing. I don't know if you did it just for me, but thanks for the option to shut gyro for third-person. Looking forward to trying out the new touch control settings, too, when I can make the room to update.
I'm torn between getting this one (iPhone 6+) or shelling out the $14.99 for the PS Vita version. From past experience, touch controls on console ports have always been atrocious...
They work really really well on this one, but of course physical controls would still be better. If you can pay the extra money and you don't have an MFi controller, I suggest the Vita version. Unless you don't travel with your Vita a lot and really want the game with you everywhere
I had quite a bad session now because i stumbled over 2 heavy bugs, one of them seems even a gamebreaker.Or maybe i'm too stupid but i don't think so... Spoiler 1.Game always crashes when i want to talk to the guy at the black market in New Yolk. 2.i killed Lefty Lugnutz at the graveyard but his body is still on the platform where he is showing up first. How the hell can i reach the body?I can't continue the game without taking him. ( I can send the save file but i can't find the option anymore...still in the current version?
The option for emailing the save file is still working for me in the current version. You have to tap the preview image of the save repeatedly (maybe 10 times quickly) and the email pop-up should display with the save file attached.
Guys I never play it on XBOX a long time ago, anyone can make a comparison as a kind of game belongs? some titles to give an example?thanks folks
Thanks mate! Unfortunately things got even worse.Every time i visit a shop in New Yolk the game freezes when i try to talk to the seller now.Makes it tough to move on in the game. Spoiler First it was only at the black market when he offered me sniper wasp (or something similar with the words"sniper"in it ) the first time Now,after killing another bounty, even the regular shop has the wasps and therefore the games freezes there as well. @Madmonstor:i'll send you the save file later,i know you will do your best to fix it asap but i hope you still have expedited reviews left.I don't want to stop playing until sometime after christmas now...
Would I be missing anything if I jumped into this without having played an Oddworld game before? Thanks!
It doesn't matter, the story is totally different to the previous games. They just share a similar sense of humour and the preference for great characters and unique ideas
