Day one purchase for me! I LOVE platformers! This looks like a cross between Rayman and Vikings. LOL. Looks amazing!
This is my most anticipated game of the year and it looks like it could be the best mobile Jump and Run so far. The only thing lm a little bit afraid of: a rock solid 60FPS rate is absolutely crucial and I wonder whether all the supported devices are capable to keep it smooth. Well... at least the Air2 should be enough?
Does developers plan to release this for Android also? It would be insta-buy for me, if Google Play Games integration will be present and no in-app purchases will be inside. It was long time since I've seen anything this good in this genre on mobile devices. Leo's Fortune I think.
Does the following statement in the app store description mean that the additional data download server is outside of Apple? "An internet connection will initially be necessary to complete the download of app data for Oddmar." So is it a download of data similar to Kamco's RPG Djinn Caster?
come on guys, supposedly it's a premium game, why an initial internet connection to download data like all the other freemium crap in the store???
so? i've already saw the statement above and also that on App Store description... precisely for that i've posted my reply. in any case, i'm not stupid, it means that we'll need a connection to load levels, data, call them as you wish, so my complaint is legit, that's the classic freemium game format, i don't expect that from a 5 bucks game. besides, can you explain me the need to use that crappy format, while all premium games are fully downloadable at once?
I've played the beta for months now and internet is not required at all, with the exception of the very first time you load the game. There is no freemium and the game looks and plays amazing to say the least.
The game uses the on-demand resource system that Apple provides all apps with. We used it in Leo's Fortune too. Essentially, it enables you to download and get into the game quicker rather than having to wait for the full download to complete. If we didn't use this system, the initial download would simply be larger. After the download completes, we never download anything else and you don't have to be online to play the game.
