Well the thing is minigore 2 worked no problem, thought it wasn't purchaseable Without a gyroscope so I had to get somewhere else, so I'm thinking this game could run on it. Not with high graphics but maybe with decent ones

I have a fourth gen and Im sad to announce that Ive had a hard time running alot of games latley, I highly doubt the developer wants to look into devices beyond A5. This game looks amazing, but sometimes you have to accept the fact that your device is obsolete. Besides, Minigore is arena based, Oceanhorn is a whole adventure.

I've noticed the same thing in my iPod over the past two weeks, even with the games I've always played. I wonder why that is

Yea I doubt it will work on anything less than 4s and iPad 2, pretty much like Bastion

Lol, I'm definitely late to the party on this one!
I absolutely LOVE Zelda like games, so this is sure to be a favourite.
Could some kind person please fill me in on the basics like:
    Release? Price? Concept?

I'm sorry, 51 pages is just a bit too much for me, so a quick summary would be very much appreciated.

Gee, I'm REALLY late to the party :p
It's a big game though, so it's obviously going to take a lot of time.
But then again, if they had the supercharged mega drive that Foursaken Media had it could be done a lot faster. Probably.

Why? Most Metroid games take even less than 3 hours and they are still AWESOME!!! IMHO a short and really polished game is way better than a boring endless one.

Most of the iOS KRPG's are long. You spend hours collecting garbage and doing boring redundant fetch quests. Way rather have this be a more concise and enjoyable (shorter) experience.

    Sample scores for Oceanhorn

Anyone else notice the new post in the oceanhorn blog? :) We've now got three sample scores from the soundtrack on YouTube. I really like the overall direction this game is taking!

    Any info since when?

Some beta build was accidentally released like a month or two ago. It got pulled from the AppStore in a few hours.

The release is still planned for 2013.

Well, yes, we'd all like to have games that are not repetetive. But making them shorter seems like the easy path. If the game designer of Oceanhorn is as good as the gfx guy, then we could be in for some cool action adventuring. If you're reading this mr game designer (and if budget permits it), dhop around for some good ideas in Zelda, and ad some original stuff of your own.

And above all, don't let the 'release the game already' guys get to you. Making great games on a small budget takes time.
