Spoiler Triloth is the last one. Collect 40 Bloodstones and take them to the guy in the cave on Tikarel island.
There's plenty of skeletons that respawn in the grave yard level, also in the grave yard cave there is a place with 1 skeleton, a few statues and a blue switch. Push one of the blocks into the skeleton to get the train wreck achievement.
I did the same thing, but then: Spoiler I stacked the honey pots in a pile and blew them up with a bomb . Only one survived...
Brilliant! I might have to do that. Then again, I might make up the difference between my current 9000 experience and the 10000 required to get the final adventurer level by exporting all these honey pots to the honey-wanting dude on Gillfolk's Island, one at a time, making 20 experience per journey shooting sea monsters Okay, bad math, admittedly.

Yes a very nice game for the ipad. A second part would be nice. Or maybe a secret Island with a difficult Boss fight in the next update . I WANT A SECRET-ISLAND UPDATE .
I think these are meant to be boat mooring points. They are just a decorative part of the environment, not a handle to pull.
Spoiler You will find the Trencher Boots soon. You need to use them to get the heart piece from above and off to the side - notice that there is a ledge behind the shell leading to the heart piece. You will access that from another area and make your way to it.
