Any hints? I've re-explored the rest of the island, revisited other islands, and can't find a way to progress beyond getting past this point...
Down the well....again There's a way to go back between the two burning bowls (making sure you have the RIGHT set of burning bowls). And back there is a door I need a key for. Now, I know WHERE the chest is down the well (the one nearest to where you drop down into the well). What I can't do is get TO it. I've tried bombs, moved a big slab of rock out of the way...so my question is: CAN I get to that chest with the tools at hand: bow and arrows, bombs, the first spell? Or do I need to go do something else, somewhere else, first?
Does this game have a save glitch? I continued my game and my level/coins went back to the previous save (hours back) and then my objectives reset. So irritated. I don't even know if those check points save properly that I'm afraid to progress at all. Now it says I need to get my sword and shield while I already have it. Does that mean this objective is never going to go away? If it's like this as I keep playing then it's pointless to play. Edit: Looks like the objectives are actually updated internally (I completed one that wasn't shown) but the first 3 original objectives will never go away. Incredibly annoying. Edit: Also shows I have no health and no coins.
If anyone else gets stuck by this glitch (moving the block past the floor switch in Forest Temple — Outside), just hook your iDevice up to iTunes, go to the Apps tab, scroll down to File Sharing, select Oceanhorn, highlight all of the s1-9-1-shrine* files and delete them. That will reset the dungeon. I'm able to progress now!
Help with dueling statues Can anyone help me with what I'm supposed to do with the dueling statues on riptide reef? I've spent a solid hour on this and I know I'm missing something obvious I'm sure. Thanks

I appreciate your comments but I find it hard to compare a game made by a half dozen or so people for a mobile phone to a game that Nintendo spent millions and millions of dollars on and had a crew of 150 people working on it. Not to mention this game is 9 bucks, some Zelda games were 60 bucks. Hard for me to justify a comparison even if you are right. IDD on some of your points but some of your points are also like just your opinion man (The Dude voice). I have played every Zelda game and of course their is a big difference in overall quality. As far as mobile phone/tablet games go? This game is awesome, with its flaws and all.
Well im tryin to get the weathercock?!? Hermit quest... Where do you get tht? Also i talked to pplz in Tikarel an only one guy talked about it but have no idea where he is talkin a out soo how do you get in the abandon house?!? Mean while messing arounds i got stuck in the water.... How do you get out have no bombs.... Im at 54% done with the game i really dont wana start over now!
has anyone hit 100% yet? there are some islands I have gone over with a fine tooth comb and still sit at like 85%
the npc you spoke to TOLD YOU where the weathervane is! You know how I know this? Because that is how I found the thing. Are you seriously asking for a screenshot of the exact location? Because the NPC told you which house the weathervane is on.... did you even bother reading the text or was it just straight to the forums? Even if you didn't know exactly which house its on, there are what, 5 houses in the town? Do you know what a weathervane is? or "weathercock" as you put it? perhaps this is the problem
I was spelling it wrong an you r too Hermit calls it weather cuckoo?!? What ever the hell tht is... An yea i kno what house it is but how you get thr... Meanwhile i got stuck....
There are what almost 90 pages of comments, so far maybe 5 or 6 people don't like the game. That is fine, but when I see 400 people all loving the game and a few nit picking the bleep out of it or saying the game isn't very good when so many other people are enjoying the hell out of it, I take those negative reviews with a grain of salt. But I thank you for it none the less. You are indeed right with some of your criticism, but heck I know people who think Zelda is boring as all hell, they don't see what people see in those games. To each their own. I don't care if they based the game on Zelda, that doesn't mean the game needs to be as polished as a game that an army of people worked on and spent millions of dollars to get it to that point not to mention years of work..YEARS per game.
