Down the well... So the hermit sent me down the well, and after combing the caverns there, I still need another (regular?) key. I've opened up every chest. Can anyone point me in the right direction, please? Also, how do you get into the abandoned house on Tikarel? (And thanks to everyone who offered help on that overgrown plant and his asparagus buddies. Took me a loooong time, but I finally beat him).
This is essentially my point. This game is close to being it's own unique identity, and not just an ios Zelda. I agree that sometimes less is more, but I would really prefer some treasure items instead of "you found 10 arrows" when my arrows are already full. Games such as Landstalker on the megadrive and Alundra 2 on psx had those elements and they are under appreciated classics. As for the skill tree, maybe that's not necessary but it's an element that I enjoy that could be easily integrated. As for Link having no personality, I would disagree. Link is a pretty magnetic character even if he does lend himself to the player's image. Also, because you disagree with me does not mean that my suggestions "make no sense". They are what I would personally enjoy, and my post was meant to encourage others to come up with any ideas they would like to see, for the sake of discussion.
Can't push the button I have the same problem, but i can't push the blue button to reset. Every time I use my drop spell it drops a heart or vial instead of something heavy. Is there no other way to reset? It driving me nuts!

19 hours and 18 minutes. I'm only 51% complete. I did a lot of getting lost and back-tracking etc. I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute so far. Edit : I have 4406 xp making me a Centurian !
Yeah i'm loving this. Still taking my time with it, love the small filesize, just enjoying the game. Quite sad seeing some of the earlier comments, think people read way too much into things sometimes. Its a great game, glad in my view its lived up to the hype. Love it
Wow! Loving this game so far. My son and I played this game to death on Friday (separate iPads), but we were away for the weekend. Now we're picking it up again and niether one of us can remember what we were supposed to be doing? We looked in the menu and that journal isn't helping us any. Is there some quest log that tell us what our current objective is supposed to be? All I remember was that I had just gotten the bow and arrow on Friday... any way to tell what to do without wandering around aimlessly from island to island? Also, I'm sure it's been mentioned, but I got stuck on that collapsing bridge. Pieces were gone of both sides of me (I was standing on the support) and I couldn't jump off. Have to force quit the game and start from last checkpoint.

Did you ever get an answer to this? I'm stuck at the same spot. There's a note near the graves that says "the key is between the two burning firebowls" but I can't figure this one out for the life of me!

I wonder why you would still be playing? You (judging by past posts and your review) hate the game. Are you now playing to find glitches "by accident"? Beyond that most of your posts(Edit: all of your posts) are in threads for games you dislike. This being the most recent. Why? Your opinion is noted. Find a game you like and move onto that maybe. Slightly more on topic, my gaming time has been spent on another release, should I consider waiting for an update to jump into OceanHorn? What I've played of it so far seems pretty good and glitch/bug free. I'd hate to put a lot of time in and have to restart though.
Same. Been trying to find a way around this for hours. There seems no way to reset the block, nor any other way to proceed. Any help?!?
It's common in these types of games to fixate on something that has nothing to do with your progression. That block is not part of a puzzle. Explore elsewhere to find your way.
Fox-One-1 , I have told about 200 people or so about this game over the past month. Quite a few of them have purchased it. I am so glad I wasn't wrong about how it would play or I would have some peeps angry at me. Great job and thanks to you and your team for bringing a game like this to iOS gamers. iCloud support would be wonderful, as would future DLC that adds more of the great game play.
