And here another image. Stuck in the wall but if you already have bombs, then just sacrifice 1 heart to get free by blowing yourself up.

Spoiler If I'm not wrong, after defeating it once you can use to flute to prevent the apostle from using Oceanhorn.
Need Riptide Reef help Spoiler what do I do with the two dueling statues? One you can't move Thanks Edit: nvm I figured it out. Playing too early I guess
Tried it from different positions, no chance to swim back! I think obe of the problems is that i pushed the box in the water so i have so swim around the box.

Alright im through took me 11 hours to complete with 83%. Now off for 100% !!! I loved he game but i really thought the last boss was waaaay too weak.
See, that's the thing, most people aren't truly considering the price points in context. Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, et al, don't turn much profit on their hardware, and they keep specs comparable across model variations for a lot longer, so you get more expensive games but cheaper hardware. Apple charges sky high profits on the hardware and forces developers into these cut throat, race to the bottom pricing wars for us to justify our hardware outlays. For what it costs *annually* to stay more or less competent in the AppleVerse, you could, if you jump in early, set yourself up hardware wise for half a decade with Nintendo or Sony. We're giving all our money to Cupertino instead of the devs and getting the expected result, which are these compromised "premium" experiences. It is hardly clear that $9 for OceanHorn vs $35 for Zelda is all that much cheaper when you consider the much higher hardware costs, which is why it's not so easy to dismiss the differences in quality.
Spoiler Can somebody please explain how I can get into the well on Hermit's Island? Somebody explained it a while back but I've tried jumping in from all sides of the Spoiler hole behind the well and I can't get in. Spoiler Also, does anybody know the solution to the puzzle in the fire cave. I'm talking about the one just after part where you shoot the arrow through the flames. Thanks!
I don't think you read the comments properly if "some think this game stinks just because Zelda is bette" is all you got out of them. I also don't want to try and change your opinion of it; it's great that you're having a good time I do want to explain my criticism more, however: Just because it's iOS doesn't mean basic gameplay elements either being buggy or flawed is acceptable. At least, it shouldn't. There are a ton of iOS games that are both polished and very well executed both in visuals and in gameplay. Of the top of my head are games like Dodonpachi Maximum, Super Hexagon and Peggle. A mix of medium, indie and corporate. These games were released not 100% bug free, but at least they were released without what I consider missing and/or flawed gameplay mechanics - which is not to be confused with bugs. To repeat my earlier points briefly. Inconsistent hit detection on walls, objects and entities. Some things clang when hit with your sword, others are like air. Some objects let you walk halfway onto them before you're stopped, others don't. It makes for very confusing navigation of levels at times. Lack of any kind of attack telegraphing on enemies. Skeletons and goblins attack almost instantly, not leaving much room for tactics. Instead combat is reduced to either simple overpowering or holding up your shield and slicing in between, hoping there's a break in attacks. Telegraphing doesn't mean easier, it means making combat strategic instead of just button mashing. Entities overlapping. Chests overlapping interactive statues, people overlapping signs. It's not impossible to navigate around it, but it feels bad and is annoying. Poor level design. Again, I don't want easier to explore levels, but most here are neither interesting nor well designed; there's tons of inconsistensies. Sometimes you can drop down from certain heights, other times you can't. Sometimes the path you're supposed to walk looks like a path from earlier where you couldn't walk. It's not game breaking, but it's not good. And all of this, combined with the fact that it openly takes huge inspirations directly from That Certain Other Adventure Game (read: Zelda) means that it becomes - at least to me - an even bigger problem. If you're going to make a game this influenced by Z, then don't just take the Triforce, sailboat and basic game structure and ignore what it is that actually makes those games good games. It's not bad because Z is better; it's bad because it's poorly designed with a lot of pretty gloss on top, trying to *be* Z on iOS. And I don't believe it's right to just forgive bugs and bigger flaws just because it's an iOS game. Or because it could've been more expensive on a game's console. When I buy a game I expect it to be tested and free of "simple" bugs. It's not fair to say it's ok because it's a small team, either: Isn't that unfair to all those other teams, big and small, that took their time to properly test and polish their games before releasing them? I'm not writing all of this because I don't want you to enjoy it; I'm writing it because it's important feedback that I feel was glossed over in TA's own review, and is something I hope the devs read and take to heart. I won't request a refund even though I probably won't touch the game again, either: I really like that they're aiming for proper premium games and I want to support them. But if the future of premium is going to be pretty without a stable foundation of good gameplay, then I want to do my part and object to that. Please forgive any spelling derps; wrote this in portrait mode on my 4s and it's a pain to proofread properly
Srsly Who cares that this game inspired from zelda or not?! Just enjoy the game! believe it or not i want to say this game is one of the true AAA games that we've ever seen on ios and the best part is its an exclusive title! The game has a well-written story that i'm sure you're gonna love that ! The gameplay is fantastic indeed and the touch controls are simple and easy to use ! I almost forgot to say...the graphic is gorgeous with charming colors that mixed verywell! Just make sure you're not missing this game. P.S: I'm a nintendo fan btw
Ok this is driving me nuts! I have collected the first part of the triforce and was given an Spoiler acorn and told to Spoiler plant it close to my heart . I then got a message from the hermit saying to go on a fetch quest back on the first island. I've competed that and now have to wait for him to ponder over the fetched item. I only have one new island, riptide. I can't go there as I assume I need the jump ability. Scanning this thread makes me think I should have another island accessible, but I don't. I have no idea what to do next! How do I get this second island and where to I plant the item from the first paragraph? Any chance of a pm?
I'm glad that HUGE hype is fading and now there are people analyzing the game racionally, as a game, instead of yelling hysterically: "OMG IT IS SO LIKE ZELDA OMGI LOVE IT OMG BEST GAME EVER OMG SO LIKE ZELDA". And it's funny how some people get offended if someone criticize or point flaws on their beloved, untouchable and sacred game.
