(Apart from the art style ofc) But I’m kinda stuck at the start itself. Did anyone manage to figure out how to take a picture of the caravan? squarezero Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Dec 10, 2008 13,715 1,240 113 Male Chief Strategy Officer Salem, Massachusetts, USA #4 squarezero, Jan 22, 2021 Stuck in the same place. I can take a picture, but I can’t find the printer. I figured out that you have to fax the photo, but can’t get a hard copy. Rocksaint Well-Known Member Nov 29, 2013 666 367 63 #5 Rocksaint, Jan 22, 2021 How did you manage to use the camera? Is there a button there to take a picture? I couldn't find one. squarezero Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Dec 10, 2008 13,715 1,240 113 Male Chief Strategy Officer Salem, Massachusetts, USA #6 squarezero, Jan 22, 2021 There’s a small plus (“+”) inside a circle on the lower right hand side of the camera screen. When you touch it, the photo goes right to your journal. But I can’t figure how to send it to her. I did try to fax her the pinned-up flyer again, and I got a call where she told me that she couldn’t see “the whole trailers.” That’s why I think you are supposed to print the picture and fax it. Rocksaint Well-Known Member Nov 29, 2013 666 367 63 #7 Rocksaint, Jan 22, 2021 Oh. I tried using the "+" icon multiple times yesterday but the journal kept opening. I did see a few pictures of the trailer though in the journal. So I guess it did get taken. I just didn't realize it. Would be good to have some kind of feedback for the picture being taken. Now I need to figure out the part where you're stuck at. Haha. Not a good start for the game when it comes to user experience. There must be a solution. Web-Wench New Member Jan 22, 2021 2 2 3 Female #9 Web-Wench, Jan 22, 2021 I figured it out! When you have the journal open with the picture, lock the screen then click on the picture. It picks it up out of the journal and lets you place it on the fax machine! mattmanp and Rocksaint like this. Does heat up the device slightly and drain moderate amount of battery. Even on an iPhone 12. orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 2,000 150 63 #13 orangecan, Jan 23, 2021 I don’t think you have to lock the screen (I’ve not worked out what that button actually does yet!), I didn’t do anything, just took the picture and opened the notebook and the picture came out as if I was holding it. I quite like it so far, but I’m not loving it. Definitely going to put more time into it though. orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 2,000 150 63 #14 orangecan, Jan 28, 2021 I’ve just started the third set of challenges/squirrel hunts and I am enjoying it but I’m not sure it’s going to hold my attention much longer unless it starts introducing new elements. It’s all very well done but I’m finding it just a bit repetitive. Maybe that’s the point so far I don’t know? I think part of it is the stylised graphics. They look good but I’m finding the trecking backwards and forwards from the caravan to the cameras really quite dull due to the nature of the environment whereas in something like Alba, which I adored, just walking about was a pleasure.
