I'm not a beta tester though. Do you see this game in my beta testing resume? No.

And the point of me saying I had the game was to show you I understood what could feasibly be added and what could not.

    1. OK, just making sure.
    2. I thought you wanted all that stuff added into the release version of the game. That'd be extremely difficult and unfeasible.

Ah... if it's for future updates, great feedback. ;)

And as for when beta testing is done, you can either keep it or delete it, your choice.

    Haha, no problem. :)

Actually, I'm thinking about talking to Jason about beta testing this too... my current beta build doesn't have the online multiplayer feature, and I'd love to be giving some feedback too.

WOo finnaly back. Hi zovers (we meet again, and thanks for saying the duplicate you glitch) well anyways I have encountered another glitch. While playing with zover online sometimes his jets would stretch super far from his ship onto my screen. I hope that's clear if not tell me and ill elaborate. Great game still playing and I can't wait to get my hands on final version.

Played a bit with all ships now.

    1. (plasma at back)
Nice balanced ship, if you master the backshooting (which some enemies did in an online match xD) you can get some pretty easy kills.

    2. (shotgun-like special)
One of my two favourites. The shotgun (I'll just call it shotgun from now on xD) knocks you back when you shoot it, which allows you to make some really nice moves! You can instantly stop from top speed to no speed by shooting and steering to your backside. Imagine what your enemy will think when he follows you, both of you at top speed, and you stop, let him pass and then go after him? xD

    3. (rocket)
I think I need some more time until I can say something about it :-D

    4. (no special, said to be faster)
This ship is nice, but in my opinion it should be faster and should remain more turning control at high speeds. Then it would be a nice alternative to the other ships.

Someone else already mentioned, but you can easily get outside the level borders by simply flying against them (if you approach them with low speed or not at a 90° angle, you avoid bouncing off it like a ball for hours, so you can get through more easily :p).

So, whats funny about the walls:
When you are "in" or "behind" the wall, you can move freely parallel to that wall. Movement in ANY other direction will be slowed down extremely, that's why it's hard to get far out of the map. When you reach a corner of the map (where two walls collide), you are slowed down even when you move parallel to one of the walls (because you don't move parallel to the other wall :D) and also you bounce off an invisible wall (the wall simply continues outside the map I guess) before you can enter the corner :D

Oh, and PLEASE change the menu sound. This sound it makes when you go to another menu... it sounds like an earphone bug and is annoying after a while (sorry but it's true)

I've played a few online games now and some single player games. I'm really enjoying beta testing this game. I emailed my impressions so far.

    Behind you!
I've been playing a little more in the single player mode (haven't been connected to wifi) and I am actually really liking this game. The controls definitely take some getting used to, but they work well. The curving bullets is still a little strange, but I'm starting to get used to that as well, and it's not so bad after all. I was on around wave 15 I think when my ship was hit and to my amazement and bewilderment, part of my ship had been blasted away. I thought maybe it was a bug because my ship also wasn't controlling right. Then I got hit again, and another chunk had been destroyed. This happened a couple more times until finally I only had two thrusters on the back right of my ship, one that spun it left, the other spun it right. I also only had my rear cannons, the others had been blasted away. I thought about giving up, but then I thought how cool it would be to kick some serious butt with half my ship gone. I actually made it through two waves before my other two thrusters and my rear cannons were blown away and my ship exploded. I have never seen a feature like this in any game I have ever played, and all I can say is GENIUS! I love it! keep up the good work. Pretty much all I think needs worked on is additional ships and possibly some customization like colors, and then maybe weapon upgrades. Other than that, it's an awesome game!

Today I took a minute to look at the openfeint awards, and then I realized that there are only eight... I think that there should be alot more!

i agree with Zovers. achievments add a lot to a game, gives you something to aim for once you've finished single player
