Yes, but melee is handled automatically - you choose when to charge into melee but actual combat is handled statistically and automatically. I believe we're going to work in some quick time event styled actions during melee for criticals and blocks. We wanted to avoid having 2 whole combat systems considering there is already so much going on
That sound awesome, plus a slick quick time event always makes me feel cooler than just mashing buttons like crazy
Can't wait to play this, I am playing through heroes and castles 2 again it is great, the one thing I wish these games had however was a first person version so I can be more immersed in my character. Other than that they are the best!
No news quite yet... Yes, but not with small arms... you'll need special AA weapons/cannons (or other blimps) to do it. One is a Gardner Gun (with the tall, top mounted clip in the bg), and the front is a Gatling. There are several more mounted anti-personnel weapons such as the Williams Gun, which is basically a (real life) early version of an auto-cannon, shooting 1 pound cannonballs at a rapid fire pace... This is basically the part that we still have left to finish We've been having to do a lot of tweaking and changing with this part to make sure its actually fun!
Not yet... we usually collect most of our testers from TA, so we'll definitely post here if and when there is a beta...
Strange# How can you "hope for at least an 10 dollar price" for something that you didn't see yet, lets make myself clear this game looks very promising but in the past I saw very great game concepts but when they where finished they didn't bring what I was hoping for so have patience and when they releasing an fantastic game with great gameplay the developers will price it accordingly.#
Read most pages here, but not all, so sorry if I missed this, but will this be MFI compatible, I hope so!! Also, totally of topic, and I'm dreaming, but Bug Heroes 2 with controller support oh yeah!! Bug Heroes 1 is one of my all time fave iOS games!!
We try to implement controller support in all of our games that would work well with controller support... nothing is set in stone here yet, but there are a few obstacles for Noblemen to have controller support... namely, there is an overhead strategic map where you can order units around almost like an RTS (set waypoints, choose targets, etc) - it would be very cumbersome with a controller... again, we'll likely take a look at what - if anything - we can do when that time comes, but I can't make any promises at this point
