Are people able to upload videos yet ? I guess the good news at least from prior releases is that the betas usually don't last that long. Maybe a month or two hopefully.
An email was sent out to testers Friday night notifying us that the build was under review & to expect it soon. We finally got the Testflight email this afternoon. So if you've checked your email & got nothing from FM or testflight then you probably weren't chosen, but this is just round 1 & I'm assuming they'll be phases to the beta, just don't know when the next 1 will be. One of the FM bros can probably answer that for u. @Luckystrikeguy: No videos are allowed to be uploaded. That's mostly the standard during beta tests.
Yeah we're doing rounds... so basically we've invited the round1 tester... once we make some tweaks and fixes based on round1 feedback, we'll sound out a new beta build with all new round2 testers. The # of rounds will depend largely on how long it takes to iron out all the issues!

I haven't seen a steam tank (landship) yet, but the steam carriages are a pain to deal with on skirmish mode. It's best to attack a steam carriage when its distracted with other units. If you try to attack it head-on, you'll only hit its metal frontside, dealing minimal to no damage. They're also hard to flank because they turn pretty quickly, and so does its Gatling gun... Armor-piercing bullets; however, can make short work of them!
Id say the beta ia going really well. Pretty solid game already, just some stuff to work on, bugs, and balance.... thats why betas happen! FORWARD MARCH!
