Guess were going to have to wait till the fall for the vc online service as per Nintendo Takahashi: We decided to charge for the service because we are concerned with customer satisfaction. Well be maintaining the online service and providing new services that we havent had up until now, and there are costs associated with those. Wed also like to maintain a stable playing experience and provide proper support. We are working to prepare all of the features until the service begins in the fall of 2017, and details on the service will be available at a later time.
I could be wrong but I don't think the online service needs to be up and running for them to open the Virtual Console. I hope not at least.
Id like to hope your right....i was hoping it would at least be ready by e3 show as Nintendo want to introduce lots of thing for the switch, but that will be june or july so fall sounds about right? But yeah i was hoping it was available a month into release but i guess thats not happened.
Just want to ask does anyone own I am Setsuna yet? Its just that since i bought it every now and then when i walk around the screen keeps flashing purple?? At first I thought it was the actual game but theres no reason for it to do this, so can anyone confirm if this has happened with them?
Ive nearly aced zelda apart from some korok seeds im yet to find but apart from this the games we have so far are very underwhelming i am setsuna is a good game but everything else is meh Anyone else feel like this? Im just praying for a nice variety of games to be available
Curse of the early adopters. I'm enjoying Shovel Knight a lot - it's really charming, and packed with secrets. Is it worth £300 of Switch? Hmmm... We know the good stuff is coming. Nintendo announcement on April 12 about Splatoon and Arms should be interesting. Xenoblade, Dragon Quest XI, Shin Megami Tensei, Super Mario Odyssey, Octopath Traveller, Fire Emblem - they will all get here eventually. Those who get a Switch for Christmas will have a much better choice than we do now, but I still love mine. Looking at Blaster Master or the Wonder Boy remake next. Snake Pass sounds like too much of a headache.
Yea I just hope they dont put out a better version of the Switch soon. Like Playstation did with Vita man.
Tbf I would not mind that, i would defo upgrade to a more powerful switch for sure! As it would mean we can get games that run on the higher end consoles so wud luv to see this happen, although it wont be any time soon maybe next year at the earliest but evn that is probably too soon?
Ive just found out what it was and i feel so stupid! Its when you get poisoned! It dont happen often and theres no clear commands to say you have been poisoned lol So thats what it is apparently! Im going to play later to make sure thats the case
It still shocks me how cool the switch stays when played zelda, after 3 hours it was hardly like warm! Is there a reason for this? Is it just cuz botw was made compatible for the switch and uses its tech to the right degree? I have a feeling when something like skyrim comes out it will start to show heat wise? But defo looking forward to more intensive games
Ive actually played everyday, trying to 100% the amazing zelda, which is the type of game i dont want to use a walkthrough for its that awesome. That being said ive realised how spoilt ios has made me wanting all these games for swith straight away lol ive been spoilt and i accept it now. Ive started playing the other games on my switch and have found a new love for them, like shovel knight is awesome, but so are the fun neo geo games and i am setsuna is a beautiful little game. P.s just announced IRA coming to switch!
I finally left the Great Plateau and have begun to explore the real world of BOTW and its crazy cool. I'm taking it slow and steady... I actually haven't heard much about other games and bough the switch to play BOTW. I'll admit that my biggest fear will be being sucked back into the world of console price gaming! I'm addicted to iOS pricing! $59.99 --- 47.99 (Amazon prime) isn't bad but gee I could get 5-10 iOS games for the $50. Haha... Long live BOTW!
Oh man are you in for an epic adventure, and try everything. The game makes you think how u can use your powers, strategise and explore everywhere! One of the best things to go for first is stamina, as u can travel further when needed. Ive 90% zelda at the 150 hour mark with hardly any walkthrough ( i used it twice) thats how amazing this game is. Im with u on prices though, man it hurts!
